This statement sets out the Privacy Policy and practices of Alpro Alliance Sdn Bhd (“the Company”), including its subsidiaries and associated companies worldwide (together, “the Group”), in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data. It complements, and does not replace, any express terms agreed upon by you when submitting data to the Group.

6. Transborder Data Transfer

If your personal data is transferred outside Malaysia (e.g., for internal processing within our Group), we ensure that appropriate data protection standards are maintained.

Additional Notice for Alpro Mobile App Users (Google Play Compliance)

This section applies specifically to users of Alpro mobile apps available via the Google Play Store.

1. Additional Data Collected

When using our mobile app, we may collect:

  • Device Info: OS version, model, Android Advertising ID
  • App Usage: Clicks, screen views, session duration, crashes
  • Location: Only if you grant permission
  • Notification Tokens: To enable push notifications

This helps improve app performance and offer relevant content.

2. Third-Party Integrations

Our app may use trusted third-party services, including:

  • Google Firebase – crash reports, analytics, push notifications
  • Payment Gateways – for purchases and transactions
  • Marketing Tools – remarketing, in-app campaigns (with your consent)

All services comply with Google Play and PDPA standards.

3. Children's Data

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted upon request.

By installing and using the Alpro app, you consent to:

5. Data Retention and Deletion (App)

Your app-related data is stored only as long as needed. You may request deletion by emailing customercare@alpropharmacy.com. Deletion results in the removal of data and forfeiture of any loyalty points.

Can I return medication & supplement products?

Due to medication safety reason, all medication & supplement product(s) sold are not returnable, exchangeable, and refundable.

Should I return the products in original packing?

Yes, Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products and medical devices shall return in the original packing with cables, accessories, documentation including manuals and warranty card.

What item that I can’t return or exchange?

All cold chain and temperature sensitive items are Non- returnable after purchase.
