This is a privilege account, only recognized at Alpro Pharmacy, Alpro Sugi, Alpro Baby, Alpro Physio, Alpro Audiology, OptiSaver & Alpro Clinic.
There is no annual fee for this membership.
In the event of the account holder’s passing, the account, including all points and history, can be transferred to their next of kin. Confirmation and transfer requests must be submitted to Alpro Management.
Membership with no transactions within 12 months will be deemed as inactive.
Memberships that are inactive for more than 36 months will be deactivated.Members who lost (or damaged) their card can get a replacement card with a fee of RM5.

Applicable to OneClick registrant. This is a free membership with no physical card.
Alpro E-Members are automatically upgraded to the Bronze tier upon spending RM300 *
Alpro E-members can obtain a physical card at Alpro Pharmacy outlets for RM5.
Alpro OneClick registrants’ points will be synced if holding Lifetime membership as well.

All tiers and benefits are subjected to terms and conditions.
New members start at the Bronze tier and can maintain or upgrade based on the yearly spending.
Members will be upgraded to a higher tier if they meet the tier requirements within 12 months.
Members who do not sustain the tier requirement within 12 months will be downgraded to a lower tier.

3.1 Tier Qualifications
– Bronze Tier
Spending Requirement: Less than RM600 in 12 month
– Silver Tier
Spending Requirement: RM600 to RM1999 in 12 month
– Gold Tier
Spending Requirement: RM2000 to RM5999 in 12 month
– Platinum Tier
Spending Requirement: RM6000 to RM9999 in 12 month
– Diamond Tier
Spending Requirement: More than RM10000 in 12 month

4.1 Points Collection & Redemption
Earn 1 Alpro Health Point per RM1 spent
Redeem 200 points to RM1
Points are earned based on the total rounded amount in a single receipt.
Members eligible for extra 150 points upon registration on the Alpro online platform – Alpro One Click.
No points awarded for selected products (milk powder, diapers, scheduled medications, oncology medication).
No points awarded for transactions on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok e-stores.
Accumulation of previous receipts for points collection is not allowed.
No points awarded for short-term promotions (e.g: Warehouse sales).
Points will be valid for 36 months.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash but can be redeemed directly for purchases.
Fraud or misuse involving points may result in cancellation, restriction, or termination of points.

Members must provide personal information (full name as per MyKad or other identification, address, contact details) when applying for membership.
