6th May 2023, we were panicked and terrified as our precious Aarissa was having fever and breathing difficulties, looks like asthma. We were way from home as we are visiting family members in KL and Putrajaya. The 1st thing comes in mind was to look for Alpro pharmacy and we managed to find 1 in Presint Diplomatic, Putrajaya. The pharmacist, quickly diagnose and make a quick assessment while we shared Aarissa history. She was very calm and professionally explained about what she could prescribe and administer. Upon discussion and thorough assessment, we agreed to purchase a nebulizer compressor and the salbutamol solution (ventolin) as a temporary mitigation treatment and for future emergency use. She’s repeatedly remind us to consult with Aarissa doctor for further diagnosis and consultation.
She was very professional and cared a lot about the patient. Personally, that was the reason why i have been a loyal customer to Alpro Pharmacy for quite some time. Without being asked, i have provided my alpro membership card before proceeding to the cashier.
I have no words to express my gratitude for all the kind explanation, assessment and tips given during our emergency visit. Thank you Miss Mooi Xin Yi and Alpro Pharmacy, Jalan Diplomatic, Presint 15 Putrajaya. You do care about your patient and customer.
