Orders Delivery Terms & Conditions 

  • Home Delivery Service is available for areas including Peninsular (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, Australia, USA, and Cambodia.
  • Your parcel will be delivered by Alpro Oneclick’s designated courier company.
  • Once payment for the order has been completed, any changes to the delivery address is not allowed.
  • Delivery available Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays.
  • The maximum weight allowed for shipment to Singapore is 5kg. Additional charges will apply if the weight limit of 5kg is exceeded. Our customer service team will seek your consent before processing any orders exceeding 5kg.

Malaysia Local Orders

  • Malaysia Local products will be delivered within the following timeframes
         (a) 2-5 working days within Peninsular Malaysia
         (b) 5-10 working days within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
  • Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is available for orders RM60 and above, limited to the first 2kg. Each additional kg incurs a charge of RM1.50.
  • Free delivery within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, & Labuan) is available for orders RM60 and above, limited to the first 1kg (capped at RM6 off). Each additional kg incurs a charge of RM15.

Global Shopping orders

  • Global Shipping delivery times are as follows:
            (a) 5-7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia.
            (b) 14-21 working days within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
  • Free pick up available at outlets or smart lockers where customers will only need to bear the international shipping charges as low as RM6.
  • If an order comprises both Global Shopping products and Malaysia Local products, the entire order will adhere to the delivery timeframe specified for Global Shopping.
  • Products purchased from Global Shopping are only for personal use and limited to one month supply.
  • Products purchased from Global Shopping are directly shipped from their countries of origin and may exhibit slight imperfections that do not impact product functionality.
