How to use Tonimer Lab Isotonic Nasal Spray (Soft)

1. Prime the spray by briefly by depressing the nozzle.
2. Sit up with your head tilted to one side.
3. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
4. Press the nozzle briefly, let any excess solution run out before wiping the nose.
5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. After use, clean and dry the nozzle.
