Sodium Chloride 0.9% Irrigation 

This solution exerts a mechanical cleansing action for sterile irrigation of body cavities, tissues or wounds, indwelling urethral catheters, and surgical drainage tubes. It also acts as a diluent or vehicle for other pharmaceutical preparations.

For wound irrigation 

Sodium Chloride irrigation solution used to wash and clean body cavities, tissues or wounds. Moreover, it is also can be to dilute other medicines such as inhalation solutions. In fact that only for external use, and it should not be injected or swallowed.

Good to know about this product:

• Packing : 500ml
• Use Aseptic Technique.
• Suspend container using hanger hole.
• Remove protector from the outlet port.
• Attach irrigation set. Refer to complete directions accompanying set.
• Don't use it after the expiry date (EXP) printed on the label.
• Can't use Sodium Chloride Irrigation Solution if the packaging is torn or tampering.
• Do not use it unless the solution is clear and the seal is intact.

Use Method: Tear overwrap down side at slit and remove solution container. Visually inspect the container. If the outlet port protector is damaged, detached, or not present, discard container as solution path sterility may be impaired. Some opacity of the plastic due to moisture absorption during the sterilization process may be observed. This is normal and does not affect the solution quality or safety. The opacity will diminish gradually. Check for minute leaks by squeezing bag firmly. If leaks are found, discard solution as sterility may be impaired.
