How to Use

Dosage Adults:

1 tablespoon (15ml) each time, 3 times a day to be taken before or after food.

Children 2-6 years old: 1 teaspoonful (5ml) each time, 3 times a day to be taken before or after food.

Children 7-12 years old: 2 teaspoonful (10ml) each time, 3 times a day to be taken before or after food.
