400g Chicken Boneless

2tbs coriander powder

2tbs green chilies (chopped)

salt to taste:

2 tsp white pepper

1tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cumin powder
-
1 sp fennel powder
-
1 cup of yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice
-
metabolic VCO for brushing
Directions:
- Cut the chicken into large cubes. Then add all the spices. marinate for one night in refrigerator.
- Thread chicken cubes on skewers and grill on pan.
- Brush the VCO when they are 80% done.
- Ready to serve with side dish of pratha and vegetables like capsicum and onion
