Fish
- 1 tilapia fillet or any white fish about 4 ounces
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Salad
- Shredded white cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot
Dressing
- Greek yogurt
Serving
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 whole grains tortilla
Directions:
- Season fish with garlic powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder.
- Cook the fish using virgin coconut oil for 3-4 mins on each side until fish is fully cooked
- Heat the tortillas about 30 seconds on each side
- Assemble the tacos. Place fish over the tortilla, top with slaw and drizzle with lemon juice
- Add on Greek yogurt as dressing. Ready to eat!
