Ingredients:

 
  • 4 drumsticks

  • 1 Cube of SiChuan Soy Beancurd

  • 1 cube of Fu Ru Beancurd

  • A dash of white pepper

  • 1 drop of sugaroff

Directions:

 
  1. Mix all the sauce, seasoning and drumstick together
  2. Give the drumsticks a good massage to ensure all sides are evenly coated
  3. Marinate for 30 mins (you can opt for overnight for a more intensive flavor)
  4. Bake in an air-fryer at 160°C for 13 mins then flip over to the other side then bake for another 8 mins (Can bake in oven at 170°C for 20-25mins)
  5. Serve with sweet potatoes and salad!
