Alpro Pharmacy’s Price Match Policy
Alpro Pharmacy is committed to providing low prices every day, on the selected items. If you find a lower price from a retailer on an identical, in-stock product, tell us and we’ll match it. You may checkout our FAQ section for easy reference.
A. The following limitations apply:
- The price match is limited to the items labelled with ‘Guarantee Lowest Price’ only. Alpro Pharmacy reserves the right to change the items labelled with ‘Guarantee Lowest Price’ according to the market trends.
- The item must be identical (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, colour, flavour).
- The customer must own the Alpro Pharmacy’s membership.
- The Price match claim period must be done within 7 calendar days from the date of purchased from Alpro Pharmacy with receipt. The claim must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase from Alpro Pharmacy.
- The item must be purchased from the Alpro Pharmacy offline store. Price match would not be applicable for the item purchased from Alpro One Click, Alpro Lazada, Alpro Shopee and other online platforms.
- Price match policy applicable for the items sold and fulfilled by the list of physical retailers in Appendix B only.
- We will honour the price match according to the quantities stated in both receipts from Alpro Pharmacy and the list of physical retailers in Appendix B, whichever quantity is lower.
- The claim can only be raised by the member who has purchased the item from Alpro Pharmacy under the same membership account. The original member card must be presented during the claim process.
B. Sorry, we don’t match:
- Items purchased from Alpro Pharmacy that later decreased in price.
- Item purchased from all online platforms including Alpro One Click, Alpro Lazada, Alpro Shopee and other retailer’s online platforms.
- Item with Expiration Date less than 1 year from the date of purchase of the list of physical retailers in Appendix B. This clause does not apply to items that are purchased from Alpro Pharmacy with the same/shorter expiration date.
- Item’s price during retailer’s new store opening event.
- Price with staff’s benefit, eg: Staff Price.
- Auction prices.
- Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items, e.g: shipping charges.
- Special price with conditions, eg: PWP, Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, vouchers, mail-in offers, offers that include financing, advertisements that require a purchase to receive a gift card, Percentage Off, or Buy One Get One Free advertisements without a specified price.
- Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity.
- Damaged, used, or refurbished items.
C. Alpro Pharmacy reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this policy at any time.
D. Customers are only allowed to request the Price Match claim at the same Alpro Pharmacy‘s outlet at which the item is purchased.
E. The Manager/Supervisor on duty has the final decision on any Price match claim.
F. Customers must bring along the products bought from the Alpro Pharmacy and physical retailers in Appendix B.
G. Customers must bring along the receipt/invoice from the Alpro Pharmacy and physical retailers in Appendix B. Only original copy of computer-generated point of sale receipt will be accepted.
The receipt/Invoice from Alpro Pharmacy must be completed with the following details:
a. Alpro Membership Number and Name
b. Item Name/ Description
c. Item Packaging
d. Quantity
e. Price
f. Date of Purchase
The receipt/Invoice from the physical retailers in Appendix B must be completed with the following details:
a. Item Name/Description
b. Item Packaging
c. Quantity
d. Price
e. Date of purchase
f. Retailer Name
H. The Manager/Supervisor reserves the right to make remarks on both Original Receipt/Invoice of purchases for Alpro Pharmacy and the physical retailers in Appendix B.
I. Alpro Pharmacy will not reprint the receipt/invoice for the price Match Policy.
J. Alpro Pharmacy reserves the right to investigate or reject any suspected fraudulent Price Match requests.
K. All the successful price matches claimed would be compensated through Alpro Points only.
L. The price match claim would take up to 30-45 working days to process upon submission.
