It contains ambroxol hydrochloride, which clear the chest by thinning the mucus in your air passage. The sustained-released capsule contains small and large micro pearls that release the active ingredient gradually throughout the day. Not to mention the small micro pearls release their active ingredient quickly, in contrast, the larger ones release it more slowly. For this reason, this medication shall treat your cough throughout the day.
