Basic Information
Psyllium husk is a dietary fiber (Plantago ovata husk/obata seed powder), and components extracted from natural herbal senna leaves (senna leaf calcium). It increases the volume and softens the stool, improves bowel movement, and promotes intestinal motility. It’s a plant-based laxative.Comes in yogurt-flavored granules for convenient consumption.Although individual variations exist, the effective component, calcium sennoside, takes about 8-10 hours to become effective.
Ingredient / Content
Plantago psyllium coat powder: Increases stool volume and softens stool.
Sennoside calcium (24 mg as Sennosides A and B): 66.7 mg: Activated by intestinal bacteria to improve intestinal motility.
Cinnamon powder: 100 mg: Improves intestinal blood circulation, regulates intestinal function.
Additives: Silicic anhydride, D-sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, glycerol fatty acid ester, talc, polyethylene glycol, ethanol, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), flavor
How To Use
