Direction of Use for 3 Step Kit

2. Toner: Apply A Generous Amount Of Toner Onto A Cotton Wool/pad And Wipe In Gentle Upward Movements Over Your Face. Let The Product Dry On Your Skin Before Proceeding To The Final Step.
