When wearing this product, thoroughly wet it with warm water, etc., starting slowly from both ends.

If you feel pain, please remove the snoring strip, then rub thoroughly with warm water, etc., gradually.

Please note that excessive force may harm the skin.

During dry periods, etc., after removing, apply cream to protect the skin.

If used daily, please avoid using it as much as possible, and avoid direct contact with the skin.

If any residue remains on the skin, it can be easily wiped off by heating with a steam towel, etc.
