Its effectiveness has been enhanced by adding Bukuryo (Chinese root) to the herbal formula Anchusan. It also works well for gastrointestinal weakness. - Bukuryo (Chinese root): Belongs to the Polyporaceae family, it is a bacterium found mainly in the roots of pine trees.
