Active ingredients:
Methyl salicylate 6.3%
dl-camphor 1.2%
l-menthol 5.7%
Tocopherol acetate 2.0%
Uses
For relief of aches and pains associated with muscle fatigue, muscles pain, stiff shoulder, simple backache, bruises, sprains, strains and arthritis.
For external use only.
Do nut use on wounds or damaged skin.
If you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.
Directions:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over, clean and dry affected area. Remove from backing film and apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Remove at most 8 hours.

This is a product I’ve used for years.. I have it wherever I go, travel or just running errands. It’s a quick pain relief. A bit strong scent in the beginning but okay after awhile. You can feel the stuff working on your aches and pain. Give it a try…

These patches do reduce the pain ( almost nothing makes it go away completely). And they stick well to skin to stay in place. However they do have a strong odor. Not a problem if I stay at home and sometimes I even go out, not caring if I smell like medicine as long as can walk because the knee pain is under controll.

My husband and I both use these for muscle pain, backache, neck ache, etc. They work! Husband has had back surgery/fusion that sometimes aches or gets sore due to overdoing it. Ditto his neck that is not operable with a fusion and for which he wears a neck brace at night to sleep. Sometimes it aches despite the brace. The Salonpas patch always provide fast, long-lasting pain relief. Highly recommend Salonpas.

I use these for my lower back pain, and my shoulder pain. I sleep in them and wake up feeling better. The large patches cover more of the body and they stay in place as long as you’re not sweating. They don’t smell too much like menthol either, which I like.
