How to Use

Remove the outer cap from the top of roll-on bottle.

Apply directly on the neck and chest.

Apply directly onto the soles of the feet.

Apply a little amount to the sides of the pillow.

Steam Inhalation at Home

(Colds, Allergies, Sinuses)

Suggestion:

For 3 years old and above

Do not steam longer than 10 – 15 minutes for

each session.

Repeat steam inhalation two or three times

per day if needed.

How to use:

1. Prepare a bowl of hot water.

2. Add a few drops of MiNYAK CENGKiH essential oil to the hot water.

3. Drape a towel over the back of the head.

4. Slowly lower your head toward the hot water, inhale slowly and deeply

through the nose.

For headache, roll the essential oil over the temples

(on the side of the head), neck and shoulders.
