1. Take 2 tablets once daily (for ages 15 and above), providing 610mg of calcium.
2. Contains Vitamin D3 and magnesium to enhance calcium absorption.

1. Before use, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor if you belong to any of the following groups:
   • Individuals currently under medical treatment.
2. If you experience any of the following symptoms after taking this product, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist:
   • Skin: Rash/Redness, Itchiness
   • Digestive System: Nausea/Vomiting, Abdominal Discomfort
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor:
   • Constipation, Diarrhea
4. If you plan to use this product continuously for an extended period, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor.

Dosage/Volume 

Take the following amount once daily according to age:

• Adults (15 years and above): 2 tablets (chew or dissolve in mouth)
• Ages 7 to 15: 1 tablet (chew or dissolve in mouth)
• Below 7 years: Do not consume

1. Adhere strictly to the recommended dosage.
2. For children aged 7 and above, take under parental guidance and supervision.

Storage

1. Store tightly sealed in a cool, low-humidity place away from direct sunlight and keep it in the box. Improperly sealing the lid may lead to deterioration due to humidity, so make sure to close the lid properly after each use.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not transfer to other containers (may lead to misuse or change in quality).
4. Do not handle with wet hands. When water enters the tablets, the surface might partially dissolve, causing discoloration or uneven color. Also, do not return wet tablets to the bottle, as it may affect other tablets.
5. The bottle is sealed to protect tablets during transport. Discard after opening.
6. There is a desiccant inside the bottle. Do not discard before consuming the tablets. Also, be careful not to consume it.
7. Do not use this product after the indicated expiration date.
8. Enter the “Opening Date” in the designated field on both the box and the bottle.
9. After opening, consume within 6 months from the opening date to maintain quality.

Additional Information 

Chewable tablets are intended to be taken by chewing or dissolving in the mouth. In the case of calcium supplements, where the active ingredient content is high, it’s often necessary to take multiple conventional tablets at once. However, by creating chewable tablets, the number of tablets taken in a single dose can be reduced, making it more convenient. This dosage form is suitable for individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
