On November 25th, Alpro Pharmacy collaborated with Viatris Health Malaysia to host a successful Low Back Pain Workshop at Alpro Pharmacy Centrio! With over 20 enthusiastic participants, the session was filled with valuable insights and interactive learning. Many attendees shared that they found the workshop extremely helpful and gained practical knowledge they can apply in their daily lives.

The goal of this workshop was to raise community awareness about the correct way to manage back pain and empower individuals with safe and effective pain management strategies.

A big thank you to Ph. Soon Yan for sharing meaningful tips on the safe and effective use of medication for pain management, and to CPT. Intan from Alpro Physio 大专物理治疗 Centrio for demonstrating effective stretching exercises to manage back pain.
