Ingredients:
1 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Black fungus
1 pc Tofu
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp Oil
1 pinch Salt
1 little Sesame seeds
Directions:
Cut broccoli, carrot, fungus and boil them in water with a little oil and
Cut tofu into cube size and pat tofu dry with paper
Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown and drain tofu on paper
In a frying pan, add a little oil to stir-fry the minced garlic
Once the garlic turn golden, add in the vegetables, tofu, oyster sauce, soya sauce, cornstarch slurry and stir-fry until well mix
