Ingredients:
Ingredient A – Cut into small pieces
1 cup big onion
1 cup capsicums (Green, red, yellow)
Ingredient B
1/2 cup oat
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
Flavourings
1 pinch of salt
mixed herbs
Directions:
Stir fry Ingredient A with olive oil until it is fragrance.
Mix well all Ingredient B.
Put the mixture into the mould and bake the muffin for 15 minutes at 180 C.
Then it is ready to be served
