Ingredients:
400g Chicken Boneless
2tbs coriander powder
2tbs green chilies (chopped)
salt to taste:
2 tsp white pepper
1tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 sp fennel powder
1 cup of yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
metabolic VCO for brushing
Directions:
Cut the chicken into large cubes. Then add all the spices. marinate for one night in refrigerator.
Thread chicken cubes on skewers and grill on pan.
Brush the VCO when they are 80% done.
Ready to serve with side dish of pratha and vegetables like capsicum and onion
