Ingredients:

 
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Black fungus 
  • 1 pc Tofu
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced 
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 little Sesame seeds

Directions:

 
  1. Cut broccoli, carrot, fungus and boil them in water with a little oil and
  2. Cut tofu into cube size and pat tofu dry with paper
  3. Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown and drain tofu on paper
  4. In a frying pan, add a little oil to stir-fry the minced garlic
  5. Once the garlic turn golden, add in the vegetables, tofu, oyster sauce, soya sauce, cornstarch slurry and stir-fry until well mix
  6. Top with sesame seeds while
