Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken Ingredients
3 Medium sized chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper for seasoning
1 tsp oyster sauce
Avocado Spaghetti Ingredients
220g Uncooked Spaghetti
Pinch of salt
2 Ripped avocados
½ cup yellow pepper, spinach and baby tomatoes
Olive oil
Directions:
Put a pot of water to boil and add a pinch of salt to the boiling water
Add the uncooked spaghetti and leave it for 8-12 mins then put aside in a bowl
Cut and scoop out 2 ripped avocadoes into a bowl
Place it in a food processor and blend it well
Add a bit of olive oil and zest some lemon (according to preference) in a bowl and set it aside
Cut the yellow pepper and baby tomatoes in your favourite way
Also blanch half cup of the spinach in boiling faster. 40 seconds will do.
Now take a big bowl for mixing and put in the cooked spaghetti
Add the avocado pasted veggies (yellow pepper, spinach and baby tomato) to mix well
Finally, garnish it with the Grilled Chicken on top.
