Ingredients
Part 1: Marination
3 garlics (blended)
200g low fat yoghurt
1.5 tbsp tandoori masala powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 kg chicken breast
Part 2:
3 tbsp VCO Coconut Oil
60g cashew nut
100ml low fat milk
1 onion (chopped)
1 inch ginger (blended)
4 tomatoes
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coriander
Directions:
Mix all marinate ingredients. Leave it for at least 1 hour
Soak Cashew nut with milk. Blend it after tender.
Heat VCO Coconut Oil. Saute the onion with blended ingredients
Add tomato and put cashew nut after tomato is well cooked
Served the dish in a wrap with a lot of vegetables. Enjoy!
