Terms & Conditions:

• This workshop is open to all T1DM children above 4 years old, along with their parents/caregivers.
• Workshop fee must be made in full and upload the payment receipt upon completing the registration form. There are no refunds once payment is made.
• Change/replacement/addition of participants is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Participants shall be responsible for their own travel to the workshop. If there is a delay in your travel, we shall not refund or wait for you to start the workshop.
• Lunch and light refreshments will be provided.
• The organiser has the full right to use photographs, videos, and any other materials obtained from the event for promotional purposes during and after the event. We respect your privacy and will ensure that all materials are used responsibly.
• The organiser will not be held liable under any circumstances for any loss of property or injury sustained throughout the whole event and thereafter.
• The organiser reserves the absolute right to postpone or cancel any of the proposed events due to any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases if the event is cancelled, the organiser will refund payment made by participants.
• If you have any medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements (eg: vegetarian), please contact us.
