1. Sit up straight on a chair about 40cm in height from the ground. Fold your arms in an ‘X’ across your chest.
2. Spread your legs, so that they are the same width as your shoulders.
3. Make sure that your first leg is brought inwards to the chair at 70°. Lift your other leg up as shown.
4. Try to stand up using your first leg, and hold for 3 seconds.  

*Repeat the same process for both legs
