Alpro Prestige Scholarship
Alpro Pharmacy is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders through the Alpro Prestige Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to outstanding students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to community service. As the No. 1 Prescription Pharmacy, we take our role in corporate social responsibility seriously and believe in giving back to the community.
Our goal is to attract and cultivate local talent, developing young leaders who are genuine, service-minded, and passionate about shaping a better future for their community. The Alpro Prestige Scholarship is open to all students enrolled in a full-time Pharmacy Degree program at Malaysian universities approved by the Malaysian Higher Education Institutions. Every year, we select up to 30 students to receive the Alpro Prestige Scholarship, with a total of RM600,000 in scholarship funds to be awarded.
This scholarship comes with a 160-hour Community Engagement Programme, which is a unique opportunity for scholarship recipients to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and gain valuable hands-on experience while making a positive impact on the lives of patients in their community. Participants will work alongside a diverse range of healthcare professionals in Alpro’s 4F environment, which fosters a fun, friendly, family-oriented, and forward-thinking culture. This program offers flexible scheduling and provides students with a chance to broaden their horizons and develop practical skills.
Alpro Prestige Scholarship
Alpro Pharmacy offers the Alpro Prestige Scholarship to outstanding Pharmacy Degree students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to community service. The scholarship aims to develop local talent and nurture young leaders who are passionate about shaping a better future for their community. Each year, up to 30 students are selected to receive the scholarship, with a total of RM600,000 in scholarship funds awarded. The scholarship includes a 160-hour Community Engagement Programme, providing students with valuable hands-on experience in a fun, friendly, family-oriented, and forward-thinking culture, working alongside healthcare professionals. This programme offers flexible scheduling and helps students broaden their horizons and develop practical skills.

Eligibility
The Alpro Prestige Scholarship is open to:
- Malaysian citizens pursuing a full-time Pharmacy Degree programme in Malaysian Higher Education Institutions.
- Third-year students according to the university’s academic calendar are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants must not hold any other scholarship or sponsorship from another organization or institution, except for education loans such as PTPTN, MARA Loan, JPA Loan, and so on.
- Applicants must obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.20 out of 4.00 or an equivalent score in all semester results.
- Applicants must have active participation in extracurricular activities, be ambitious, self-starters, driven, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
- Applicants must be willing to serve Alpro Pharmacy for a specific term upon graduation.

After passing the initial profile screening in Step 1, you may be asked to submit additional documents, such as transcripts or letters of recommendation, for further consideration in the scholarship application process.
If you have been shortlisted after STEP 2, you will be invited for an online interview with the Scholarship Board of committee. During the interview, the committee will ask questions to assess the candidate’s sincerity, altruism, passion, and commitment to work with the community to determine their potential for success. Successful applicants will receive Alpro Prestige Scholarship offer letter & will notify via email together with the scholarship agreement.

Once the application period is active, applicants fill out application forms and submit online.
APS is open to all students enrolled in a full-time Pharmacy Degree programme in Malaysia’s universities that are endorsed by Malaysian Higher Education Institution.
Successfully listed finalists will be notified by APS Committee via email for a final interview where finalists are evaluated based on their sincerity, altruism, passion and commitment to work with the community for better primary healthcare.
Each year, 30 pharmacy students in Malaysia are awarded with the scholarship.
Yes, the APS is offered to Malaysian citizens only.
Applicants must obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.20 out of 4.00 or an equivalent score for first and second year of Pharmacy Degree study.
We are sorry that applications after the closing date will not be processed.
Educational loans such as MARA Loan, JPA Loan, PTPTN loan, and other non-bonding loans are allowed in the application of the APS. Shall candidates have another sponsorship or scholarship, please declare during application for review and consideration of the APS Committee.
