How to Use
Clean the bottle – Wash the bottle, nipple (the soft tip), and lid with warm soapy water or sterilize them to make sure they're clean.
Prepare the milk – Pour in the right amount of formula or breast milk. If using formula, follow the instructions on the package to mix it with water.
Check the temperature – Warm the milk slightly (if needed) by placing the bottle in warm water. Test a few drops on your wrist—it should feel warm, not hot.
Feed the baby – Hold your baby in a comfortable, upright position. Gently place the nipple in their mouth and tip the bottle so the milk fills the nipple (to avoid air bubbles).
Burp the baby – After feeding, gently pat your baby’s back to help them burp and release any swallowed air.
Clean up – Wash the bottle parts thoroughly after each use.
